What I do at Kilimanjaro

On an average day as a Support Consultant, I provide client services in the hope of resolving any issues raised by our clients via phone or email correspondence. To do so, I liaise with the MYOB Advanced team, MYOB Support team, as well as the clients themselves. Finally, a major part of my role is the maintenance of records and tickets in our MYOB Advanced CRM and case management system.

What I bring to the tribe

As an accounting graduate from St. Paul College of Manila, I have a wealth of over 18 years of experience in the Accounting, Business Analysis and Support Specialist fields. I have also headed teams consisting of Business Analysts, Software Engineers and Quality Analysts in product development in the past and enjoyed taking on the responsibility of working with incredible people. Outside of work, I love watching action movies, gardening and online shopping!
