What I do at Kilimanjaro
As a part of the support team, my role revolves around providing solutions to customers in a wide range of areas relating to Exo Business such as processing enquiries, building and modifying reports, and technical questions. In general, I enjoy transferring my knowledge of MYOB Exo Business to the clients so that they can feel empowered to make the most out of their system while making it work for them.
What I bring to the Tribe
I have had the pleasure of working closely with MYOB Exo since 2008. Therefore, I feel confident to bring my experience in support, implementation, and training to the table. I value client service and satisfaction above all else, believing that it is imperative to cultivate and achieve the highest possible standard.
