What I do at Kilimanjaro
I have two primary functions within my role at Kilimanjaro. The first, as an account manager, is to maintain a strong and trusting relationship with all of my clients and ensure that they receive the best possible service and advice. The second is to understand the requirements of the clients’ needs so that I can recommend the best add-on services that will add value to the core MYOB Product to improve current business workflows and optimise processes to maximise the value we can provide the business with.
What I bring to the tribe
With nearly a decade of providing small businesses practical solutions to increase the efficiency and value through a methodical and analytical approach, I bring that same methodology to the Kilimanjaro tribe. Studying physics and astronomy in my spare time, I am a problem-solving nut! I use that same scientific approach with my work where I strive to have a clear understanding of the problem in front of me and then find the best method to resolve it.
