What I do at Kilimanjaro

My role within Kilimanjaro is to answer support calls and help clients to my best ability. I also refer clients to the most suitable consultant if need be. I work on a range of different issues that could occur in MYOB Exo Business. I look at clients issues and strive to resolve this for them. My role also involves me working on clarity forms and doing simple coding/investigation work in SQL and reading up on the user guide and internal SharePoint to continue learning about Exo.

What I bring to the tribe

I have a background of admin work at a life insurance company, with additional experience in simple data entry and managing customers accounts. I graduated from the University of Auckland where I majored in Accounting and statistics. In my free time, I like to take my dogs for walks and watch tv shows.
