What I do at Kilimanjaro
Whilst managing administration teams and office processes for the North Sydney, Parramatta and Melbourne offices, I am primarily responsible for ensuring that teams are collaboratively working towards the attainment of higher client satisfaction. To do this, I monitor a number of initiatives, including an NPS customer survey program, to identify opportunities for collective improvement.
What I bring to the tribe
I bring a strong sense of customer focus with a varied background in everything from accounts to sales, insurance claims to call centre management and even construction. I have a love of customer service with a need to balance the books.
