What I do at Kilimanjaro
My role is to see potential new clients, understand their needs, and create a solution using MYOB Exo or MYOB Advanced if that solution is right for the client. To achieve this, I go through a rigorous, well-defined process that allows me to understand the customer’s business, their work flow and to define what can be improved and how that improvement can be achieved with a modern ERP system. Engaging with all stakeholders allows a full understanding of the business and the issues facing the enterprise.
What I bring to the tribe
My background covers most industries and roles. With an Accounting, Management and Systems background I can assess the business environment that you are working in and relate it to my own and other businesses experiences. This allows me to understand your issues and how that relates to a solution. In most cases the issues that you might be having are similar to problems in other entities. My skill-set is being able to understand your issues so that together we can solve a problem, not just sell a product.
