What I do at Kilimanjaro
My primary role at Kilimanjaro is to provide administrative support to the Support Team. I look after the support inbox, take calls from clients who call our support line and seeking the relevant information for our support team in order to resolve support queries faster. The aim is to make the process easier for our clients. I also follow up on cases, help maintain our existing caseload and assist with the resolution of cases when required.
What I bring to the tribe
Prior to Kilimanjaro, I worked as an Accounts Officer for a Non-Profit Support Organisation. In that role, I also provided reception support for a large community house with 18 non-profit organisations. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting. In my spare time i enjoy reading books, learning about history, listening to music, catching up with friends and playing sports – particularly lawn bowls
