What I do at Kilimanjaro
My role at Kilimanjaro centres around improving the support experience the customer will experience. Whether it is assisting the other Team members with difficult cases or helping to train the next generation of support, my focus is the clients.
What I bring to the tribe
Having worked in ERP Software for the last 15 years and in manufacturing prior to that, I bring a broad knowledge of Industries with me. Implementing and training business solutions for 5 years in the UK, I moved to New Zealand where I started my tenure with MYOB for 8 years. From there I became a Product Specialist in both MYOB EXO Business and MYOB Advanced Business. I trained all of the new NZ consultants in both products and ran assistance for the Partners when stuck on queries. I also ran Webinars and Product Sales demonstrations. My depth of knowledge in both EXO and Advanced is comprehensive and I hope to assist Kilimanjaro in any way I can.
