What I do at Kilimanjaro

My role is to understand each client’s business requirements and processes. I work with the Kilimanjaro team to develop solutions to meet our clients changing business needs and improve business efficiency by maximising the functionality of the EXO enterprise business software. I strive to ensure client satisfaction and build long term relationship with our existing clients.

What I bring to the Tribe

Prior to joining Kilimanjaro, I worked with other ERP and CRM software packages for over 18 years providing support and consulting services to various businesses. This experience enabled me to gain exposure in business requirements gathering, developing reports on different platforms, and configuring ERP and CRM applications to suit customer requirements. Providing excellent customer service enables me to build and maintain relationship with customers.
