What I do at Kilimanjaro
My main role includes assisting existing clients with their day to day needs. This could range anything from identifying client pain points, providing BPI advice, identifying strategic goals etc. Another important aspect of my role includes identifying how connected services could be of value. Sometimes standard Exo processes do not necessarily meet client requirements. At this point, I strive to identify opportunities that can be serviced through our suite of connected solutions. As a result, my discussions with clients revolves around BPI, connected services, additional Exo modules and or enhancement /customization.
My other roles include assisting clients when there have invoice and resourcing queries. In short, I am the person my clients can always depend on. Whether its good, bad, or ugly, I am willing to go the distance.
What I bring to the tribe
I started my career in 2003 in Sri Lanka. It was a very humble beginning. Since then, I have worked as a test analyst, support consultant, and an implementation consultant. Having worked in multiple roles, I believe I have gained invaluable experience to understand and facilitate solutions that add values to businesses. Client engagement/management has become a vital part of any business.
