Working in support requires patience, persistence and understanding, as well as extremely good communication skills to give the best support for the client.
What I bring to the Tribe
My 10 years’ experience as a support consultant (EXO and other products), combined with prior experience working in accounting has given me a ‘well-rounded’ ability to understand what our clients are trying to achieve and support them in finding the best solution. I consider I have the right personality to work in support and find it easy to communicate with clients and the team around me to find the best service for our clients.
Aside from work, my upbringing in Parkes seems to forever provide tips on country living and lifestyle, in particular, cooking. I love my cats, dining out with friends and travelling to different countries.
