What I do at Kilimanjaro

My role involves answering client calls, investigating their issues and others that have come through our support inbox and providing a solution for a general range of issues. More and more of my support is relating to SQL management studio and I’m developing better in this field. This displays most of my time at Kilimanjaro and the remaining is keeping up to date with software updates and reading as much as I can to provide quick and fast solutions to our clients.

What I bring to the tribe

I have graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Accounting and Taxation, I have also studied extra math and finance papers. In my free time, I play in social basketball teams, gym and read non-fiction books to improve myself. I also reward myself with episodes of suits here and there.😊
