Office Closure & Support

Our offices will be closed from Close of Business AEST Friday 20th December 2019. We will resume normal business on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

We will, however, have a skeleton team in place to attend any urgent support queries you may have throughout the year-end period.

Housekeeping

License Renewal

If you believe your licenses are due for renewal during this time and we haven’t already contacted you, please call us or email us before Wednesday 19th December 2019 so that new licence codes can be arranged from MYOB.

Implementation

Our implementation teams also return on Wednesday 2nd January 2019 and are looking forward to assisting you to grow your business in the New Year.

Server Moves

If you are considering any upgrades or changes to your IT infrastructure during the shut-down period, please get in touch with us so that we can schedule our resources to assist you. Please do not attempt to make any major changes without our input.

Backups

Please use the end of the year as a reminder to check your system backups. You should already have a strict backup regime in place, but make sure you test the restore process at least once a year.

Training

Our training team will return on Monday, the 6th of January 2020. Our first course for 2020 is scheduled on the 14th – 16th of January. Please ensure that any booking for this course is sent through to our team before the 18th of December 2019.
