What I do at Kilimanjaro

My role within Kilimanjaro is to closely work with clients and evaluate the values we can provide as a tribe to the business. I aim to listen and understand; and explore the bigger picture to harness the full capabilities of new and emerging technologies. By understanding business requirements and processes, I venture with clients to improve business efficiencies and optimize ideals to maximize the value we can provide the business with.

What I bring to the tribe

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a strong interest for cloud computing, web applications, big data and ERPs. I have a keen interest in the field of logistics and technology. I enjoy anything and everything automotive.

What I do at Kilimanjaro

My role is to see potential new clients, understand their needs, and create a solution using MYOB Exo or MYOB Advanced if that solution is right for the client. To achieve this, I go through a rigorous, well-defined process that allows me to understand the customer’s business, their work flow and to define what can be improved and how that improvement can be achieved with a modern ERP system. Engaging with all stakeholders allows a full understanding of the business and the issues facing the enterprise.

What I bring to the tribe

My background covers most industries and roles. With an Accounting, Management and Systems background I can assess the business environment that you are working in and relate it to my own and other businesses experiences. This allows me to understand your issues and how that relates to a solution.  In most cases the issues that you might be having are similar to problems in other entities. My skill-set is being able to understand your issues so that together we can solve a problem, not just sell a product.

Nicola

I live in the sunny South-West corner of Level 4 and share this with my plant, computers and books.

My job here at Kilimanjaro is to make pancakes for Gregg (the salesrep).

When I have spare time I play in SQL, help support with scripts and troubleshooting database issues, and I sometimes dabble in a bit of Clarity.

Drop down for a chat & coffee (soy latte 1 sugar) any time 🙂

What I do at Kilimanjaro

My role within Kilimanjaro is to build on existing relationships within our client base and  help answer the question of “How do we do things better ?” This is achievable through business process improvement by analysing existing business processes compared with industry best practices to provide innovative solutions, whether achievable through the “core” EXO product suite or development of Add-on Solutions to provide efficiency and value in our clients businesses.

What I bring to the Tribe

Having implemented ERP solutions for the last 10 years (first with Microsoft Dynamics GP and now MYOB EXO) I have been responsible for implementing end-to-end business solutions across a wide range of industries.  I bring not only a deep technical product knowledge but experience in analysing business needs and translating that into system efficiency processes.
